Everything is done perfectly here. The STAFF are incredible and do everything they can to make your stay a memorable experience. So cheerful and welcoming. Every time we travel to Davao from Canada, we know we can expect the best experience at Dusit D2 Great beds, great pillows, big soft towels and the shower has tons of water pressure which helps when it’s so hot there. The pools are great too and the restaurant staff and food is great too. I really want to commend the management of this hotel and their amazing staff. I wish all businesses were run this well. The security guard at the front said “welcome home” after we had gone to Palawan for a week and a half. He is definitely a great guy and has been there a long time. I’ve never experienced this type of service in Canada. Well done everyone!

Absolutely perfected service. Dial zero and each time made me shockingly happy. Not just no resistance but immediate snap fingers response to any request. The suite where we stayed is the best room, in the best hotel I've ever stayed at (I'm American and have been to high end hotels in big cities, and Vegas). Never too crowded, absolutely top notch in every way. They even laid out roses in a special way because it was my honeymoon, and brought us a plate of special dessert for that same reason.

The property, lounge, breakfast restaurant are around the nice pool. They have the Benjarong… my favorite Thai restaurant in Manila. The property is very safe and the staff are very responsive. Lots of parking below the building. Location is near the airport as well as the city.

Morning breakfast buffet seemed pretty much standard, but the offerings were tasty and well-executed! Also opted to dine at the in-house Asian resto, which was a bit pricey but gave good value for money.
