As expected of a hotel of this caliber, the room was clean and spacious, also the bathroom. Gym facility was good! Pool looked nice although we did not swim. Morning breakfast buffet seemed pretty much standard, but the offerings were tasty and well-executed! Also opted to dine at the in-house Asian resto, which was a bit pricey but gave good value for money.

The room was spacious and cozy, wifi had a strong and stable connection, aircon was fresh cold and the bed felt soft and luxurious. Surprisingly there was also a JBL bluetooth speaker which made our first honeymoon even more special knowing that we did it in a 5 star hotel ^^

The room is really confort as well as the bed. Really clean and clam for sleep. People really kind and polite and hotel really nice. Lounge area nice also.

Absolutely perfected service. Dial zero and each time made me shockingly happy. Not just no resistance but immediate snap fingers response to any request. The suite where we stayed is the best room, in the best hotel I've ever stayed at (I'm American and have been to high end hotels in big cities, and Vegas). Never too crowded, absolutely top notch in every way. They even laid out roses in a special way because it was my honeymoon, and brought us a plate of special dessert for that same reason.

From the time I arrived, the staff, the facilities and my room were very well appointed. Everything was the way a hotel of that magnitude should be. I also ate twice in the Thai restaurant. very good.

The hotel is new, love the rooms, ambiance, service and the relaxed atmosphere. Very comfortable bed and pillows. water pressure is strong with biddet. The property, lounge, breakfast restaurant are around the nice pool. They have the Benjarong… my favorite Thai restaurant in Manila. The property is very safe and the staff are very responsive. Lots of parking below the building. Location is near the airport as well as the city.

All the STAFF, everyone is wearing a face mask but you can see in there eyes that they are smiling. From the security who greets and assists you when getting off from your vehicle or finds a parking spot, to the staff who opens the door who welcomes you warmly, Gwen and her colleagues at the front desk being sympathetic, May from the concierge who made an effort contacting CebuPacific about my lost luggage, Mark and his colleagues at the bar whom I had a conversation while I was having a drink. Room service and Housekeeping who gave me what I requested. the lifeguards are friendly. So even from a long and exhausting trip because of delayed flight and lost luggage you surely can have a relaxing stay at the hotel.. 12/19/22 - 12/22/22

Fantastic hotel! Very nice room and great facilities. The staff are so friendly and helpfull that i almost felt guilty lol! By far the best hotel i have stayed in so far in the philipines!
